TORRES
DEL PAINE TREKKING ITINERARY
Day
1. Buenos Aires
Arrival
and transfer to your hotel.
Day
2. El Calafate Airport – Calafate (BD)
Transfer
to the airport for the flight to El Calafate.
At 7 pm the group will meet at the Hostal del Glaciar Libertador. Lodge at
Hostel Room with private bathroom.
Day
3. El Calafate – Torres Del Paine (BD)
We
depart from El Calafate, to the legendary 40 Route. About 3 hours later, we
will arrive to the border between Argentina and Chile. Finally we arrive to
the Torres del Paine National Park by Amarga Lagoon and our
Full Camp at Camping Las Torres. Lodging in Full Camp at Camping Las Torres
double base.
Day
4. Torres –Ascensio River Valley(BLD)
This day
is dedicated to one of the most amazing treks of the Park; the trail towards
the Paine’s Towers. After breakfast we cross a hanging bridge and trek along
the border of Ascencio River to Las Torres Base Camp. We return the same
way.
Day
5. Las Torres –Los Cuernos Refuge (BLD)
Today we
start the two days Nordenskjold crossing, that leads us to the Full Camp at
Refugio Pehoe, with one night spent at Los Cuernos Refuge.
We walk by the Nordenskjold lake north shore for about three hours to Los
Cuernos Refuge.

6. Valle Frances – Pehoe Refuge (BLD)
We start
our trek early in the morning, arriving another two hours later at the start
of the Frances Valley. It’s a beautiful valley descending from the massif to
the Nordenskjold Lake, outflanked by the imposing Paine Grande Mount, (3050
meters height) on the west side. We return, descending the valley until we
reach the Skottberg Lake , and arrive at our Full Camp at Refugio Pehoe.
Today we shall trek for a good 9hrs.

Day
7. Grey Glacier Valley– Pehoe Refuge (BLD)
Another
unforgettable day dedicated to the Grey Glacier, with a surface area of 300
square kilometers of and over 25 kilometers in length. The Glacier produces
enormous amounts of blue icebergs that sail over the lake. Lodging in Full
Camp at Refugio Pehoe double base.
Day
8. Pehoe Lake -Navigation - Salto Grande - Camping Pehoe (BLD)
In the
afternoon, we cross Pehoe Lake on a catamaran towards Pudeto, where we
continue by land to our Full Camp located at Camping Pehoe. Lodging in Full
Camp at Camping Pehoe double base.
Day
9. Grey Lake - Camping Pehoe (BLD)
We use
this day to visit the west side of the park. Lodging in Full Camp at Camping
Pehoe double base
Day
10.Torres Del Paine – Puerto Natales - El Calafate (B)
In the
morning we start our transfer from Torres Del Paine to Puerto Natales, and
later reenter Argentina. We board the bus at Puerto Natales and arrive to El
Calafate from where we will be transferred to the hostel.
Day
11. El Calafate – Ushuaia (B)
After breakfast we transfer to El Calafate Airport for the flight to Ushuaia
and transfer to Hotel.
Day
12. Ushuaia – Tierra Del Fuego (B)
After
breakfast, full day’s excursion to Tierra del Fuego National Park for some
trekking and kayaking. Return to your hotel.
Day
13. Tierra Del Fuego (B)
Excursion to Lagos for an Off Road adventure, in a 4x4 vehicle to visit both
the Fagnano and Escondido Lakes.
Day
14. Tierra Del Fuego – Ushuaia (B)
After
breakfast, a boat navigation in the Beagle Channel before transferring to
the airport for the return flight to Buenos Aires.
